Sale document of Umm Kulsum Khanum, 1872
Umm Kulsum Khanum, the daughter of Mashhadi Aqa and the wife of Mir Aqa, in a separate document, had sold her one-week share of the Khan Muhammad Khan qanat in Ahrab to Haj ʻAli ʻAbbas, the well-known merchant from Lak. She additionally sells him her one-week share of the qanat in Ganjʻalikhan garden; this garden was purchased by the owners of Khan Muhammad Khan qanat.

Two copies of a settlement between Muhammad Hasan Khan and Fath‘ali Khan, 1872 and 1877
Settlement between Muhammad Hasan Khan, son of Khudadad Khan, and Mu’taman al-Sultan Fath‘ali Khan Bayglar Baygi of Azarbayjan, over transferring some properties including three-sixths of Nazarlu village for seven thousand and six hundred tumans. On the margin of the original document, Muhammad Isma‘il, son of ‘Ali, writes about Fath‘ali Khan’s claim regarding his mother’s ownership of three-sixths of Nazarlu village. Muhammad Isma‘il affirms that he heard about this ownership from Shahzadah, mother of Fath‘ali Khan.

Settlement of Umm al-Nisa’ Khanum and Aqa Jabbar, 1863
Umm al-Nisa’ Khanum and Aqa Jabbar, the children of Mashhadi ‘Abd al-Ghaffar, transfer a house and a garden, located in Shishgilan, and part of the use of water from a qanat to Mirza Riza, a courtier of the crown prince and the son of Haji ‘Abd Allah, in exchange for two hundred and thirty seven tumans and five thousand dinars.

Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli's children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.

Marriage contract of Fatimah Baygum, daughter of Mashhadi Karim from Usku, and Muhammad ‘Ali, son of Mashhadi ‘Ali from Usku; mahr includes part of a garden and a share of a qanat, and a candlestick worth three thousand five hundred dinars. On verso, dated September 25, 1896, Fatimah Baygum has received eighty tumans for the garden and the qanat share from Haji Sayyid Muhammad Tajir (merchant) from Usku.

Marriage contract of Shahrbanu, the daughter of Karbalayi Ibrahim, and Karbalayi ʻAbbas, the son of Ismaʻil. The mahr is 30 tumans, which includes: two-sixths of a plum garden for seven tumans, two upper and lower houses for five tumans, part of water usage for four tumans, five sheep and a goat for two tumans, a set of bedding and sleepwear for one tuman, a carpet and a wool carpet for two tumans, two-and-a-half mans [each man equals three kilograms] of copper, four tumans in cash, and two sets of outfits bought from the bazaar for three tumans. Aqa Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of the late Haji Muhammad Ibrahim from Varnusfadiran of Isfahan, exchanges some properties in Varnusfadiran as well as some share of water for one hundred and sixty five tumans, with two kharvars [unit of weight] wheat, one hundred dinars, and one sir [unit of weight] of Isfahan's crystal candy for the detriment clause.
